You mean the better one with Elijah WoodJason wrote:The good one or the Zac Efron one?DancesWithWerewolves wrote:Last Drive-In: Maniac

And the Elijah Wood is the good one. The original is the GREAT one.
Yep, cause all real serial killers are hulking jujitsu badassess...Jason wrote:Your girl would whoop that dude's ass.Tiggnutz wrote:You mean the better one with Elijah WoodJason wrote:The good one or the Zac Efron one?DancesWithWerewolves wrote:Last Drive-In: Maniac
The appeal of Maniac is how huge and intimidating Joe Spinell is. That stalking scene when she was alone in the Subway gave you a feeling of impending doom.DancesWithWerewolves wrote:Yep, cause all real serial killers are hulking jujitsu badassess...Jason wrote:Your girl would whoop that dude's ass.Tiggnutz wrote:You mean the better one with Elijah WoodJason wrote:The good one or the Zac Efron one?DancesWithWerewolves wrote:Last Drive-In: Maniac
Hes so fucking cool man.DancesWithWerewolves wrote:Jebus, Tom Savini took a pay of only 5 grand for Maniac, just so he could live in New York lol.
i never get this argument. the impending doom of that subway scene was not because he was hulking force. it was in the suspense, and the false relief for a moment that made it effective.Jason wrote:

If a woman is alone with Elijah Wood, just fight back. :p
Alls I'm saying is if a woman is alone in a Subway with Elijah Wood, she wouldn't be in much suspense. psycho was effective despite norman bates not being a big guy. red eye was effective despite jackson rippner (cillian murphy) not being a big guy. *shrug*Jason wrote:Alls I'm saying is if a woman is alone in a Subway with Elijah Wood, she wouldn't be in much suspense. Psycho was effective in that we thought his mother was doing it only to find out how deeply disturbed he was psychologically. Why did the 6'5" Vince Vaughn Psycho suck so bad? :pzombie wrote:psycho was effective despite norman bates not being a big guy. red eye was effective despite jackson rippner (cillian murphy) not being a big guy. *shrug*Jason wrote:Alls I'm saying is if a woman is alone in a Subway with Elijah Wood, she wouldn't be in much suspense. the psycho remake doesn't match the original, because it tried to be a copy in most ways. and the acting was pretty stiff.Jason wrote:Psycho was effective in that we thought his mother was doing it only to find out how deeply disturbed he was psychologically.
