Diane Wiest is fantastic in Apartment 7A. Overall fairly good. Doesn't quite line up with some things with Rosemary's Baby, at least not as well as it should have, but outside of that and maybe some calls from the studio to try to "action" it up in the 3rd act where something feels off, it's still fairly good. Wiest's Ruth Gordon impression is outstanding.

I feel like those are the big three remakes. I think picking the three most underappreciated remakes will be totally skewed across the board for everyone though
Would agree, Dawn of the Dead and Body Snatchers only ones I see contending.
I didn't like the Dawn remake at all but it's been almost 20 years so I'll have to rewatch that at some point.
why do that? bet you haven't seen all the cooler remakes yet?
Like what?
cat people is a must, to start?
One of my fave horror remakes right there.

Watching Evil Laugh now. While yeah there's a bunch of hot girls so far, but I'm distracted by the many locations that look like they shot this near me.

This movie is directed by Joey from Friday the 13th: The New Beginning? The guy that definitely cornholed Corey Haim (knowing this, it's a horror I can't get out of my head)?

So far only Tina took her top off, and they were just okay.

Gettin... Foggy... in here.
Movie #94, The Fog (1980)
Rewatch, obviously. Refreshing just to get a more accurate feel for where it will land on the top 25. Never underestimate a soundtrack's ability to elevate the movie up a notch.

The Fog's gotta be my favorite campfire tale in horror. Madman and Friday the 13th II did it almost as good, but I think The Fog should get the nod.

Started the day off with Totally Killer. Didn't have as much fun with it as I did Happy Death Day, but still pretty solid movie.

Right now the purchase options are only to buy (still set to Preorder) so I'd be blind-buying it, most likely. I haven't done that in a loooooong time. And it's not even a physical copy
