It doesn't matter. When a claim is made, proof has to be provided. She would need to provide evidence she was raped.Foo wrote:Can you prove you didn't rape her? You have no relationship with her, she is carrying your baby, and she says you did it. No one else is acknowledging you were good work friends and got together to watch netflix and it just happened. She would never cheat on Bob, and you look kinda iffy, so it had to be rape, right? Plus you are black, so you know how those animals can be with white women here in West Virginia...Jigsaw wrote:No, my job is in pricing, not crime scene cleaning.Foo wrote:You gonna clean up the blood and brain spatter from the people who raped no one but put a shotgun in their mouth and ended their life because they were being judged by the mob based on a story and not by evidence?Jigsaw wrote:Between 1,000,000 people being falsely accused of rape and a dozen rapists running free because no one spoke out against them, I'll gladly go with the first one.
Imagine you and a girl get drunk and mess around. She reconciles with her jealous boyfriend, and it is later discovered she has your baby in her. Maybe that drunk night gets spun a little but different...
First, I'd ask for a DNA test, because if she and her boyfriend had had sex after getting together, I don't see why the fetus couldn't be his and not mine. That said, are you saying that she would then claim I raped her?
In such a case, I'd see what happens in court, point out logically why I think the allegations false. If we were both drunk, then we were both culpable of the effects (pregnancy). If the baby was mine, I'd pay child support if court-ordered, but I'd fight like hell against the rape charge, and I suspect anyone would.
More to the point, I know the justice system is racist, but I think, even though I listen to rap music, that they would see I'm white.
