First, I'd ask for a DNA test, because if she and her boyfriend had had sex after getting together, I don't see why the fetus couldn't be his and not mine. That said, are you saying that she would then claim I raped her?

In such a case, I'd see what happens in court, point out logically why I think the allegations false. If we were both drunk, then we were both culpable of the effects (pregnancy). If the baby was mine, I'd pay child support if court-ordered, but I'd fight like hell against the rape charge, and I suspect anyone would.

Can you prove you didn't rape her? You have no relationship with her, she is carrying your baby, and she says you did it. No one else is acknowledging you were good work friends and got together to watch netflix and it just happened. She would never cheat on Bob, and you look kinda iffy, so it had to be rape, right? Plus you are black, so you know how those animals can be with white women here in West Virginia...

It doesn't matter. When a claim is made, proof has to be provided. She would need to provide evidence she was raped.

More to the point, I know the justice system is racist, but I think, even though I listen to rap music, that they would see I'm white.

I would hope you trust the justice system a little bit more than trusting the same mob that elected the politicians you hate. Or the people who get heard not because they are correct, just, or logical, but because they are the loudest.

This city is crap for that, tbh. It's at least 1,000x easier to meet a chick at a bar here than literally anywhere else. Makes Chipotle look like I met her in the Garden of Eden or some shit.
