The platform is to allow anyone to join in on the discussion, by the way. If Obama walked by he could sit down if he wanted to.

Crowder never brings out sources unless asked. And he also doesn't care if you take your phone out and bring your own.
Quit hatin'. Name one liberal person in politics who has the balls to do this... Sit down and have an actual discussion with anybody who chooses to...

They are gold, for the most part. And the difference is Crowder is always coming from a place of generating a real political discussion from people who oppose his viewpoints. Sometimes it's peaceful. A lot of the time you get this guy...
he's good at making it appear to be that he wants a real discussion. but i don't think that's his purpose. he's not coming from a place of hearing you out. he's coming from a place of shutting your opinion down and proving you wrong.
I actually agree with you to an extent. It should be called "debate me" or some shit, not change my mind, as we all know there is like .01% of that happening. He also scolds others for interrupting when he does it, that I don't like. However, I think he does want to see a genuine good counter-argument. And he's not picking and choosing people, it is open court for anyone to sit down.

Can you summarize the video, plz? It's 19 minutes of John Oliver that nobody on the planet is going to sit through except for you.

There are definitely a few other independent journalists on youtube that I like more than Crowder.

Sinclair Media is a right leaning conservative broadcaster who have must-fun segments (line the one you show with repeat messages) aimed at scuppernong the left and bolstering the right. They have frequent segments about how the left is stupid and how the President (Trump) is being unfairly judged.
They frequently publish lies or fake news and pass it off as fact, especially in their Terrorist News Desk.
Etc etc
You made a thread about the dangers of the liberal media whilst quoting conservative media that lies.
The irony is staggering.

he might want to have a good counter argument. but it's stacked against that, the way he seems to go about it. maybe these are not as random as they seem to be? does he give people the opportunity to know that it's going to happen, so they can come and be prepared a little bit?

And the best part of all of this is that you automatically ascribed a Conservative ploy to dupe viewers as a liberal plot because it used the idea of fake news as a negative. Priceless.
Thisvthread, best thing this year.

Why does the public get a pass on this issue? The consumers of fake news are the driving force. They allow the monetization of it. We get the news we deserve.

I know exactly who Sinclair media is. Did you know that the head of Fox News is a fucking gay liberal? Must make them anti-Trump, right? I'll buy you a Fox News shirt.
Again, this goes back to what I said earlier.
Cable news media is a money game, and it matters not what your political ties are. The rhetoric that Sinclair handed down to local news stations is in retaliation to losing money because of their Fake News moniker that they've been branded with.
Learn things, Seb.

Stacked, because he came armed with facts? He's returned to the same universities multiple times where the students knew of him and his show, so I don't know. Do they all need a briefing before he comes sitting down with his folding table and mic? A safe space to prepare?
You wanna bet Jason or I could randomly come across him at Disneyland or some shit and have a perfectly reasonable conversation with him? Over/under is at a 1000.
