Those are my two favorite books over all.
The last 50 pages of Pet Semetary had me on edge totally gripped even though I knew what was going to happen.
It's the only book I've ever read that makes me feel dread every single time. I always hope that somehow Lou will run a little faster this time. Course it wouldn't be much of a book if he did.

You're in for a treat if you've never read those before. The word epic gets thrown around a lot but The Stand truly is epic.

Addictive. That and The Stand are just so...filling.
Just stared David Morell's Creepers. He's on my new-to-me authors... and I'm already thinking "where has this guy's work been all my life?" Killer first section, just implying atmosphere. I knew he wrote the book for First Blood, but outside that he never registered to me. First two pages of Creepers is the best of my 2019 mission of 6 books by new-to-me authors so far. Hope it keeps up.

Almost 600 pages into "IT" this wasn't overhyped at all it is truly a masterpiece so far.
