Re: Draft chat
I remember Tigg being ahead by like a stone's throw of everybody in the last week. Then spots 2-5 were all neck and neck, anyone's position. And of course J-Mac in the 6-spot because "Ah, shit, I forgot to edit my shit again".

Parading around that "win" like it means something in the hall of real champs (several of us have won the real league multiple times) is just funny.Jason wrote:Pretty sure I finished ahead of you last year, and won the whole thing the year before.Headhunter wrote:You know its gonna be a good year when Jason is ripping your team.

I don't do too bad for a guy who doesn't use draft help and (AND) I've not even competed in half the leagues here. :geek:Headhunter wrote:Parading around that "win" like it means something in the hall of real champs (several of us have won the real league multiple times) is just funny.Jason wrote:Pretty sure I finished ahead of you last year, and won the whole thing the year before.Headhunter wrote:You know its gonna be a good year when Jason is ripping your team.

I said this last year, but you realize none of us care that you don't use resources, right? You won't get props for being bad because you didn't try.Jason wrote:I don't do too bad for a guy who doesn't use draft help and (AND) I've not even competed in half the leagues here.

Re: Draft chat
How do you research? I just don't look at fantasy rankings. I know how good these players are by watching the games. I take into account last year's shit and carry it over to this year. Apply injuries accordingly, ignore divas like Antonio Brown, etc...Headhunter wrote:Nobody thinks it's more impressive that you're too lazy to do research.Jason wrote:I care as much as anyone, I just value my opinion more than John Doe at the ESPN rankings desk excuuuuse me.Headhunter wrote:I said this last year, but you realize none of us care that you don't use resources, right? Re: Draft chat
In very rare instances, yes. Look at the Steelers last year, for example. I'm not touching Le'Veon Bell with a ten foot pole. How'd he workout for whoever drafted him last year when he refused to play and Conner McGregor made him look like a clown?Headhunter wrote:Wow, your opinions about players shape your draft strategy? I went with Juju Smith last year over Antonio Brown. Paid off big league.

My favorite part about this sick brag is that Antonio Brown outscored JuJu by a good margin last year. Patting yourself on the back for being wrong >>>Jason wrote:In very rare instances, yes. The one guy I really wanted was Conner, the kid from Shitsburgh. He's a good kid and I feel bad that he has to play for the Devil's team. Seb had to fuck that all up.

It's called TAKING the piss (and having the Michael) and you just went and pissed all over yourself.Jason wrote:I'm not bragging. You should be more upset that you missed out on Todd Gurley. Or Tyreek Hill. Or Ezekiel Elliott.Jmac Attack wrote:The one guy I really wanted was Conner, the kid from Shitsburgh. He's a good kid and I feel bad that he has to play for the Devil's team. Seb had to fuck that all up.

I've had Tyreek a couple years in a row. I knew Zeke and Turkey would go really early. Another guy, who I drafted last year, was Chubb. But then I dropped him....Browns fire Hue Jackson and then the kid balled all out. I was a fan of his when he was in college.Jason wrote:You should be more upset that you missed out on Todd Gurley. Re: Draft chat
Gurley has the knees of an old woman, Tyreek Hill is one rude comment away from murdering his wife or child and Zeke is getting fat as fuck in Cabo unconcerned about the season.Jason wrote:You should be more upset that you missed out on Todd Gurley. Re: Draft chat
Tyreek would have been my second pick though, he's still only scratched the surface and will IMO be the best WR in fantasy as a long as he doesn't murder his wife or child for raising some small grievance against him.
