Technically losing money in the long term IS less than nothing. Just pointing that out.
As far as economy he has done nothing but prove people wrong eventually you gotta see what he has to do. Like I said if he was not child like in his actions I would be fine. he has done some good.
What has he done for your economy that you’re giving him credit for? Locking you out if markets, losing you opportunities? Failing to bring back investment? What magic are you reading?

Look forward to seeing the bill try to avoid widespread criticism and condemnation from Foo and Jason. Nobody likes Robin Hood economics am I right? Don’t make successful blue states bail out poor failing red ones? Let them

Like Hilary and Bernie didn't plan on jacking up taxes to begin with...

My point that your champion would've pulled the same shit, so yeah the "whataboutism" is apt. We were screwed no matter what.

Might as well save up for a gun and off myself.

In the Trump age it seems all the rage to use Whataboutism. Can’t blame ya. But don’t buy a gun. That seems a far worse plan than paying taxes.

"In the age of Trump". Have seen that used to describe a loss in civility in reference to sexual harassment that occurred 30 years ago. Just saw it used this week to condemn a pipeline leak in a line built in 2012. Amazing.

Buddy of mine who has been an accountant for a big time law firm since 2000, and is a conservative, is gonna get with me on Saturday to break down this tax plan. So far, he is saying what you are saying. I am curious to see if I am getting fucked or not.....probably getting fucked.
Lol. This sounds legit.
Not sure I understand? I can tag ya on Facebook or send video of the conversation if ya would like, or summat? Would love to hear your take.
Let me check off some boxes:

- Note that friend is big time - CHECK!
- Note that friend is conservative - CHECK!
- Regular working dude sitting down with his accountant to review proposed legislation - CHECK!
- Despite the fact this will lower taxes on practically everyone who is not a special circumstance, assume you are the loser - CHECK!

Do you pay taxes now? If the answer is yes, you are far more likely than not to see less tax
Are you part of the "working rich" ($500,000 income but still have high mortgage and expenses)? If not, you are far more likely to pay less tax
Do you have a massive property tax bill every year? If not, you are far more likely to pay less tax
1. Yes he is big time. And a good friend. His dad was an accountant and he graduated in '98 from Capital University in Columbus. Started working for his dad in '99, has been accountant since. Makes bank now.

2. Just painting a picture here. If he says it's shit and doesn't just go by whatever shit you believe about Trump, I think noting he is a conservative is worthy of the conversation.

3 and 4- Like I said, I am hanging out with him for the first time in a long time before him checking out my band.

What the fuck is wrong with me wanting to get advice from someone I trust and is way smarter about shit like this than you or I? I guess you're just smarter than the both of us combined.

I was talking to o Seb anyway. Neener neener. :P

How do you measure combination intelligence? I am not sure if you have 3 people with IQs of 50,50, and 51 they outsmart a guy with a 150 IQ. I am very clever, sir. My mom tells me so. :p

"Thomas, be a good chap and hang on while I call my accountant to review some legislation under debate in congress...Biff! Hey, how are these changes going to impact my retirement portfolio?"

"Sir, this is the TurboTax hotline, for the last time, your Canadian Quarter collection's value will not be affected by new laws..."

Obviously I am giving shit here. Relax, it is gonna be a small amount in your favor. Like, you can go out to dinner an extra time each week. It is not gonna be life changing. The bigger impact is gonna be in the economy at large.
