I think Gruden has done alright, looks less foolish than I expected. Right now, they just have so little talent. Even less than the Broncos. Maybe playing in Vegas will be a free agent draw for some good players. They gotta draft better though. Jacobs is nice, but he's a running back and everyone finds running backs. They spent the #4 pick on an edge rusher who simply isn't a player at this level. They'll give him every chance to improve so he'll probably start another couple years, but it's clear to me he's just not athletically up to snuff. Top 5 picks should be home runs, but definitely at least singles. That was a strikeout and everyone knew it.

I always liked the efficient QB but I feel like he plays more scared these days. He’s frustrating at times for sure but he’s not terrible. That’s the bind really.
