Gonna try not to dip into dream land this time.
What's the significance of the dude whacking off? Was it put in the movie for no other reason then to make the audience watch a guy pulling his pud?

I think it highlighted the isolation and difficulties of living in such a confined space with another dude. Severe cabin fever

Ya know, of the many drawbacks of being stuck on a ship, I didn't think of that. #247 not to be in the navy!

SO I had The Lighthouse (2019) confused with Cold Skin (2017). I've only watched the latter once so when Lighthouse was first mentioned it made me think of that film. Cold Skin is about two guys managing a lighthouse but comes into contact with these strange sea creatures (sirens or something similar). One of the guys captures a female creature and begins abusing it, having sex with it. The movie is hard to follow at times but twisted and fucked up (if you like that sort of thing). The special FX are solid imo.

i haven't seen this flick. but xavier gans did frontiers, which no one talks about and it's a shame. also did under paris which doesn't look so good. so i'm torn on whether to give him the benefit of doubt or not.

I liked Frontiers. Hard to beat an old fashioned nazi cannibal film.

Probably because I knew what what's coming it made me feel the runtime this watch. Still top notch disgusting body horror with great acting. Would grade A when in October it was an A+

I watched it twice in the theater. Kinda felt the runtime both times but it was solid. We need an all Sue sequel.
