I honestly just wish there was enough integrity in some US institution that you could trust a fact as a fact here. It has become impossible to tell if the WHCoS lied to reporter pool or if doctors on stage are lying (as they admitted) or if doctors notes are wrong, or if all of the medication given is accurate at which point the most powerful man in the world is on stem-cell based new drugs (pro-life except when it affects him I guess) and on a steroid that can really affect moods including paranoia. Or he is just fine after a fantastic round of top class treatment and precautionary medication to ease mild symptoms and will now be fine.

The fact that these are the plausible theories, while the nuttier side of twitter has this as an assassination attempt by the left on Trump (hello right wing twitter) or a faked disease to garner sympathy and get a rally around the flag effect (hello left wing twitter) is equally insane.
