And sure, Biden got more support than Hawkins, but no one was going around saying that Hawkins would win with 55% of the vote like some Democrats said about Biden. It's more the failed expectations I'm mocking than the amount of actual votes.

okay. maybe biden's support was hyped more than was actually there. now the support he does have is viewed to be illegitimate and unconstitutional. fox news even calling out republican or conservative politicians that don't back up trump as being against the american people. it's all designed to justify anything that trump and his followers want to do. that is where the problem is.

How can you say it was overhyped? it’s going to be by far the most votes ever cast for a presidential candidate with a massive popular vote margin.

It's not a legitimate complaint that Democrats are throwing the left under the bus? Because that seems to be exactly what's been going on for years. And if you can't see how terrible these results were for the Democrats, then you're likely in for a nasty shock in the years to come, because, as I said, these results, especially given the COVID situation, were 100% damning to the party.
