Checking out So Vam.
Just laughed out loud at the trigger warning. Not the content of the trigger warning, but the fact that there actually was one for a movie lol.
Jfc. For real? Lol
Yep.
It's a queer movie, but I wouldn't mind at all if, you know, these characters could act? The director could actually handle action/attack scenes? It's pretty mature.
Picture Wolfcop...if they meant to be taken seriously.

Nah...even Wolfcop at least had style.
This has none. And it's a queer movie. How could a queer movie have no style? WTF?

I knew it was a queer movie ahead of time, I read the description, but I was expecting basically a drag-queen version of Vamp.
This is nowhere near Vamp.

About to start my first movie of the day (and I imagine my only one, as I'll technically finish the second one after midnight, if I choose to watch one), being Let's Scare Jessica to Death. Don't remember much about it, so looking forward to seeing it again.
Let's Scare Jessica to Death has such a unique vibe and atmosphere to it. One of the only horror movies, off the top of my head, that I'd describe as soothing.
Not necessarily enjoyable, but certainly interesting.

Last movie of the night Sole Survivor. Never even heard of this one
Wow if only this film didn't take so long to get going.

The vendor saw my Dawn of the Dead shirt and knew I would be into a John Russo film with Tom Savini special effects

Long awaited first viewing of I Saw the Devil. Unrated version if that makes any difference.

There are a few decent jump scares in Smile but other than that there is little value in this "It Follows" knock off.

About to watch Rattlers (1976). Don't see how they can mess up a classic snake movie.

First-time watch of Scanners coming up. Never been a giant Cronenberg fan, but crossing my fingers and hoping for the best.

I actually rather enjoyed this one. Made far more sense than Videodrome or The Brood, and generally, I had a pretty fun time with it. I still tend to enjoy Rabid and Shivers more, but this was pretty good.
