The only thing clear from that is that Jason's confirmation bias and partisan hackery is very deep. That was bad for a number of reasons.

1. They didn't Te it a single factual claim about the story quoted.
2. They inaccurately suggest Arpaio "just did his job" when the whole pardon is because he went in excess of what was permissible in his job. As evidenced by all the violations referenced by MSNBC (not Noah)
3. They created a completely false representation of the issue with undercutting the courts decidion. Legal scholars all made the argument that this pardon DOES undercut the enforcement by the courts of their decisions.
4. The final point about racist friends was t that Arpaio has racist friends. It's that TRUMPNhas racist friends. Aroaio is obviously straight-up racist.
