Do you think it will have the same build up as the first though? With it not being in a house. Not sure about it if they just pull up beside a person on the road. Hmmmm....
I really liked the first one. Hope this is at least on that level.
I dug the hell out of the first one. Didn't dig You're Next so much. I remember we group sesh'd that one. I think it was just you and me. The lead chick saved that movie. Total badass.

Had a long day at work. Our 2nd shift plant supervisor quit for another job a month ago. I was supposed to replace him eventually. I have been running second shift since he left. I had an interview for the position a few days ago, and hope to get a second one soon. I have been getting very positive feedback from my peers about my work ethic and leadership skills.

i don't think it will be in a house. or well, at least not all home invasion, like the first. i got the sense that that was their first kill (or not far from it), so they will likely push further with it. go more intense and such. that's just my thought. i hope it holds up to the first, but isn't just a copy too.

My day wasn't long, but had an interesting ribbing with a contractor at a job site.

For those who don't know. I drive a cement mixer. I deliver the cement to the people that order it. Most of the time it's big contract jobs. I'm in control of pouring the cement from out of my truck onto the job site, the rest of the guys smooth it out and shit. I had a small load for some neighborhood sidewalks. I got to the site and met with the guys, all of 'em shooting the shit and goofing around. One guy walks up to me before we're getting ready to pour and starts remarking about my vest and hard hat and shit like that. Saying it's not proper attire, and I'm wondering what the fuck, I thought he was serious for a second, but he was totally joking. He got me pretty good. So I start pouring out the cement, moving from sidewalk to sidewalk. In order for me to pour the cement out, I have to turn the drum counter-clockwise. I control the speed of the drum and everything. When I am out of cement I hit the throttle, and it spins the drum at top speed. When the contractors hear that, they know I am out of cement. The idea hit me to fuck with the dude as we're nearly finished. We're on the last portion of the sidewalk, and I turn on the throttle, but I turned the drum off. I had plenty of cement left, but I wanted to make him think I was out. So he's sitting there for a minute or two, working with the cement I poured and he looks a little flustered. Finally after about two minutes he's staring at the sidewalk, needing only a tiny bit more cement. He looks at me and goes "you're out". I go, "nah". And he goes "You fuckin' DICK!". And I'm dropping lol bombs all over him. I got the last laugh, you son of a bitch! :D

I burnt the fuck out of my finger a while back, almost two weeks after the fact I have a cavern across the top of my right ring finger and it hurts like fuck if anything touches it.

I just accidentally whacked it on the sink faucet and lost my breath for a few seconds. Can safely say that I think this hurts almost as bad as falling on a broken wine glass stem but is a significantly less involved injury. It's weird, it doesn't look like it should hurt that bad.

I'm probably the only person that didn't see what the big deal was with Wonder Woman. It was an ok action-type comic film, but nothing stood out for me. Admittedly, I don't like most DC, never read Wonder Woman, I'm not the type that thinks the gender of the lead matters, and didn't care for the setting, so there wasn't much going for me.

Also, the Food of the Gods films are great.

WW came out in a moment in time where if a woman took a shit, we are all supposed to gather around it in awe, praising the color and aroma. If she had a muffin top belly, a butch haircut, and hairy armpits, it would be the new Shawshank Redemtion.

I thought it was good fun. Gal Gadot is hot, the plot is easy to follow and there’s some nice fish-out-of-water scenes that were funny. I just felt the tone was the right balance of light and heavy.
