It helps LBJ is in the West and so far showing no signs of playing well enough to make the ‘yoffs never mind win it all.

They're getting home court advantage in the first round, at worst.

I actually think it's Denver in the West who could potentially challenge the Warriors if they reach their peak. I think their upside to improve is just higher than anyone else's. Houston's defense is terrible without the two UCLA guys. They might not get there, but that team at its best would have the best shot. They can score with any team.
That's also easily the best division in the league. OKC, Minnesota, Portland and Utah might all be 45-50 win teams and 50-55 if they didn't play each other all the time. They can all test Golden State to some degree.

The Nugz taking out the Warios in the playoffs is my NBA Finals (almost).

Steph has hit 33 threes at a 52% clip through 5 games.
His shooting ability is Ruth-ian. No one even in the same universe.

Their floor is KD being KD. Their ceiling is Steph being Steph.

Why do you pigeonhole yourself into these kinds of takes? You're Sideshow Bob finding rakes everywhere. It's quite curious.

Curry is just edging out Markelle Fultz in 3pt shooting percentage this season.

Encouraging for Fultz but it looks like he's still working to build confidence in his shot. That whole saga last year was one of the most bizarre things I've ever seen.
I love some of Philly's pieces but they match up pretty badly with Boston. Wonder how close the gap is if Philly picks Tatum.

I want to give it some time. I feel as though the gap will start to close a lot as their usage rate starts to settle into a groove. Tatum was great last year and efficient. Is he gonna be that good when given the ball more? Will Fultz step up or become a bust? Tatum certainly looks like the safe bet right now, but you still see those glimmers from Fultz that show why he was clear cut #1.

Just like last year against Boston, OKC gets a big lead in the first half then spends the second half watching it dwindle and vanish. And yet another game with double-digit missed free throws.

Not gonna win any games with shooting nights like that from PG and Westbrook. I think they'll stabilize.

Congrats, Loss Angeles. Now try to get above .500.
