The weather here has been amazing for 3 or so weeks. Last year, it was hot and then all of a sudden got cold. We didnt have fall weather. I wish every month was October and we had halloween once a month on the last day.

Watched The Dead Dont Die last night. It was a hard one to rank. I gave it a D+. But I could have went C- or D-. It had some dry humor moments that I thought were funny. Big disappointment though.

Is that the one that had the trailer looking like it was trying so hard to be funny but failing, with Bill Murray and Adam Driver?

Yes. Most of it just fell flat. Phenomenal cast, just nothing delivered.

shudder lists john saxon as being in fade to black, and directed by douglas schulze. i think they got it mixed up with hellmaster. :P it looks good so far, all the same.

Couldn't find the first, but figured going into Dogman 2 won't matter.

I wish I liked that one more, but it just becomes difficult to follow at the end (obviously there were some scenes removed or something like that). Some interesting scenes, but there are much better horror films from the 1930's.

I'll give it credit for the graveyard, though. Looked almost spooky. :P

Yeah, I can totally see that. I read that according to original reviews when it came out, the running time was 80 minutes. Then the powers that be cut out a few scenes because they were offensive or some shit.
