Re: October Challenge 2020 Discussion Thread
Seriously, why would you snatch the lock when they claim they're a werewolf and they're locking themselves in the cage? I mean...wouldn't you want to see if they're bullshitting? Cause you can find out if they're bullshitting or not by letting them lock themselves up. The cage has bars, so you can witness the whole shabang, dammit.
Re: October Challenge 2020 Discussion Thread
Yeah, the entire last act of Uncaged is atrocious when it comes to common sense.

Re: October Challenge 2020 Discussion Thread
Honestly, if I were a cop or detective, I would definitely go for the benefit of a doubt, set up to record, and keep the person who claims they are a werewolf locked up so it's safe to watch. If it doesn't happen when they say it would (this assuming full moon or nightly uncontrollable changes), then I can call bullshit.

The Wolf Of Snow Hollow, from this year (allegedly), has a pretty good imdb score. Unfortunately I don't wanna pay full price to own it, it's not available to rent yet. Ho hum.

Re: October Challenge 2020 Discussion Thread
Now watching Dr. Terror's House Of Horror. At first I thought I might've seen it, with the summary involving a train wraparound story (and it's British with Peter Cushing), but I'm sure the one I saw was like 1980 or near there, not 1965, and definitely didnt' have a werewolf story in it. I'm guessing they did a few anthology horror movies that wraps with a train

Did you watch it yet, or did I just bring it to your attention?

I really liked it. I gave it a B. I think David Carradine was as good as he was in Kill Bill in a weird way. Excellent performance by him.Jmac Attack wrote:Fun so far. I loved Microwave Massacre. LolDancesWithWerewolves wrote:Good time is afootJmac Attack wrote:Sundown: The Vampire in Retreat

Yeah, I watched it already. It's not bad, more a family drama, but it does have some decent gore.DancesWithWerewolves wrote:Into the back pocket that goesHavok wrote:I got you taken care of.DancesWithWerewolves wrote:lol, yikesHavok wrote:Hey D, I found one called Weedwolf. Look at that runtime!

Starting today off with Sinister (rewatch) and Sinister II (first-time watch). Not sure what's after that, but time will tell.

I personally enjoy that one's story, but Durst is definitely a turn-off for many people.Tiggnutz wrote:Population 436. I saw Fred Durst was in this and was about to turn it off but fuck it lets see it through
