Isn't King Kong tiny in comparison to Godzilla?

In the 70's movie, they even stuffed Kong into like a giant bird cage. Zilla is taller than skyscrapers.

To be fair, I am the definition of "casual fan" when it comes to those two and their respective movies.

I will need a weekend to really get into some of these classic Japanese monster movies there are dozens and dozens I have not seen and I barely remember the ones I have seen.
