It disproportionately affects blacks because of the numbers of blacks in the criminal justice system.

I know Head mentioned slavery, which certainly played a role, but if you have any younger black friends, it is not difficult to see how the culture is just broken right now.

Just listen to a few popular rap albums and it is all summed up pretty clear. Easy money, easy sex, drugs, ignorance, and physical intimidation are valued.

When I went to college (as short as it was), I felt like every Asian in Delaware found there way into math and science classes. Sophomore level classes like Process Analysis was all Asian, Indian, and white male. Intro level sociology courses were extremely diverse.
