Tough call. The first one probably, but it's been ages since I've watched them all. With the amount of stock footage used in the sequels, you're basically saying you like all of them if you like the sequels.
Also, part IV has my favorite cover of the bunch. The cover art was one of the best things about these films.

Post made me search it out. The first is on Amazon prime. Was hilariously enjoyable. Will seek out the others.
