No idea. Seems like they may be more than just curtains. When they spoke of them being motorized so they could close quickly as she has only one part time staff member. Maybe they are Kevlar or have some security function.

It’s fair to say that this story was not a great one from a journalistic integrity perspective. The facts were right but the conclusions were wrong and it still should be investigated. And given the massive corruption of this White House it’s no surprise as such, but they got this wrong. Glad the NYT fixed the reporting. They fucked up.

Saw another article today basically talking about how an unhinged Trump could launch nukes. As if the guy who has taken more steps to broker peace with those who would incite such a war is the issue.

Saw a leaked video of Google's executives having a butthurt meeting with their employees about how terrible it is that Trump was elected. Pretty odd meeting to have for a supposedly unbiased search engine. Uh-huh...
