The system is fucked. Absolutely fucked.Reign in Blood wrote:Our health care system/medical profession is a joke. Hundreds of dollars out of pocket, thousands upon thousands to the insurance, exam after exam, 2 months of wasted time, just for them to say my Mom has kidney stones, the fucking thing every amateur yahoo said from second one. That was like the one result that would piss me off.
They found out our head coach Vic Fangio had kidney stones in like 20 minutes.Reign in Blood wrote:Our health care system/medical profession is a joke. That is the silver lining, she's been cleared of a lot of other shit, knock on wood. Although these stones are big and she has to have surgery, not as cool as I'd like but I'll take the silver lining.showa58taro wrote:The system is fucked. I had a similar experience when I first got kidney stones. They thought I had a hernia or some other shit I can't remember, but it was just stones. Huge waste of time and money.Reign in Blood wrote:Our health care system/medical profession is a joke. Seeing my mom go in with stomach aches and a lack of appetite and getting a diagnosis that would take 10 weeks from discovery to the end, it’s always scary to hear that there’s medical issues that are hard to diagnose. Just hope surgery goes well and that she comes out of it better and with no issues. You’ll be there to take care of her.Reign in Blood wrote:That is the silver lining, she's been cleared of a lot of other shit, knock on wood.
