Time for another helping of Chip Kelly kool-aid. UCLA kicks off their season in 5 minutes and the outcome will definitely affect my interest going forward.

Bad start and no improvement from our young QB.

Tackle on the potential pick-six could loom large in the second half. UCLA lucky to be hanging around, offense has been a disaster.

Got lucky there on that 4th and 2.

Well, there it is.
4th and 2 failure, got lucky on the offsides.
Very next play should've been an easy pick.
Then he just fumbles the ball on his own, trickling down 25 yards the other way.
I'm eating Mac & Cheese and watching. My next bite is 4 u, Headward.

Being a die hard fan of college ball would just drive me fucking bananas with all these stupid mistakes.

That ball was out but they get a break.

Utah looks very good. Top of the Pac should be solid with Oregon, Washington and Utah. And Washington State I'm sure will be a problem.

Two very different sports that I enjoy for different reasons.

So bizarre seeing USC become this wild card program that can beat anyone but also lose to anyone. They still get all the elite LA/OC athletes but in some spots they're starting to become consistently mediocre and the coaches are incompetent fools. I'd enjoy it more if UCLA wasn't such a black hole right now.

Almost time to find out if OU's defensive issues have improved. I don't expect miracles, I just hope they show up.

I despise USC.

I do too but I'm also coming to grips with the fact that it's not as fun to root against them when they're not a powerhouse. And USC being bad screws the rest of the Pac 12 because no other program is capable of being a consistent power. Stanford was only at that level with Luck & Harbaugh and Oregon will probably never reach its Chip Kelly heights again.
And those teams I mentioned were pushed by USC's excellence so it made the whole conference better. No more giants to chase.

They should be better. Kenneth Murray is a stud.
Should be another great year.

Well you can see Hurts isn’t close to the passer Baker or Kyler were but he’s more than capable of getting the job done. They’ll score 40+ a game and the defense is better. Lincoln Riley is going to have this program on cruise control for years. Good times.

Hurts is awesome. Very impressive. Too many stupid penalties on defense. I expect Grinch is gonna kick some ass in practice.
