No.

While I'm one of the few who actually enjoys the Black Christmas remake, this new remake looks like ass. No Billy, no Black Christmas. Call this shit something else and it might be ok, but they're just trying to cash in on the name.

Thanks for the Birthday present. . . Jeez, that's gonna be a tough one. It feels like the Sorority Row remake mixed with those stupid straight to video The Brotherhood/ The Fraternity films, but set during the Holidays.

Same. I mean, it's obviously a loose remake, so I was willing to roll with it, but the last 20 or so seconds of the trailer (nevermind that it's a trailer that really does give away everything, Jason's head must be exploding somewhere) was garbage. "You messed with the wrong sisters." Ugh. Not as bad as that Avengers: Endgame girl power pose, but since this movie was quickly put together, I'm pretty sure it was inspired by that.

It totally feels like it was a different slasher script that they used and sprinkled some Black Christmas references here and there and ran with it.

My head asplodes when the trailer looks awesome and it gives away the plot twist. This trailer was mediocre already, then gave away the plot twist and then yay feminism.

Pass.
