Not in the US, I wouldn't. You all get fucked every time. Legal minimum in EU law I think is 21 days. Before accounting for public holidays etc. US working culture is garbage.

Harsh. Even my first job with EY gave me 25 days from the very first.

I am in the midst of working 40 straight days. We had a 78 day streak last year and a 92 day a couple years ago.

Do what you love and every day is a vacation.

I love not being at work and getting paid for it.

I get 21 on the books and they will even allow "comp days" with it, and I can take even more with manager approval without getting pay. Problem is no one can do what I do so I will never get more than the 21 days approved. It will always be you gotta get back asap. Not the best for vacay but great for job security. And I don't feel the need to spend a month anywhere, anyways, so it's cool.
