Please help me find this movie

Ok, I cannot remember the title for the life of me, so please help 
The movie is a horror/suspense movie where this man beats his wife and assaults her and causes her to become pregnant. The man is sitting in his chair listening to beethoven on an old record machine while his wife is in a bedroom upstairs giving birth. I cannot remember if the baby comes out stillborn or if the guy kills the baby, but he ends up burying it in the yard and I believe the wife ends up shooting her husband in self defense towards the end of the movie.
