i feel like i'm a sucker for it when it comes to scorsese or henenlotter even. once upon a time in america was great. maniac was great. etc. i just don't know what went wrong here. *shrug*

Took me a couple watches to appreciate Maniac and now I love it.

Slowly been morphing from a political mood to a horror mood. Needless to say, this bodes well for the coming month.

I've been fasting from horror for like a year. Last horror movie I watched for actual enjoyment was probably actually Halloween III, which is the last movie I watched in the 2023 October Challenge.
