Never had shoulder and back pain when I was a lazy slob, I'm just saying

J's not hooking you up with the good roids? That's what they are for, enlarge your Ceps, while shrinking your brain and peen so you don't think about all the fucking pain you are in all the time.
I have a high tolerance for pain that's how I know it's bad. First a stabbing pain than my whole arm goes numb. Really sucks for sleepingJason wrote: ↑Thu May 15, 2025 4:02 pm I'd recommend staying consistent but only you know the pain you're dealing with. My back is generally stiff more than it is sore and I had shoulder issues that persisted for like a year or two before it just went away eventually. Just listen to your body, really.
Are you doing shoulder presses and/or lateral raises?Tiggnutz wrote: ↑Thu May 15, 2025 4:09 pmI have a high tolerance for pain that's how I know it's bad. Yes but the weird thing is I never did something where I would say "shit I think I just hurt myself" it was just a pain out of nowhere that progressed in intensity. Really hurts if I put my arm behind my back like parade rest or to scratch my assJason wrote: ↑Thu May 15, 2025 4:17 pmAre you doing shoulder presses and/or lateral raises?Tiggnutz wrote: ↑Thu May 15, 2025 4:09 pmI have a high tolerance for pain that's how I know it's bad. Usually the culprits...
That's the dia-beet-us trying to get you to tap, wraps in like a coquina clutch. Break yourself off a piece of that kit kat bar and I bet the numbness fades.Tiggnutz wrote: ↑Thu May 15, 2025 4:09 pmI have a high tolerance for pain that's how I know it's bad. Yeah. Happened to me in the early going. I could walk around and not notice it but if I tried to lift my arm above my head it would hurt bad. I always took a break from military press and lateral raises until the pain went away. Usually a couple weeks or a month.Tiggnutz wrote: ↑Thu May 15, 2025 4:27 pmYes but the weird thing is I never did something where I would say "shit I think I just hurt myself" it was just a pain out of nowhere that progressed in intensity. I did one of those body scans that measures your muscle mass and body fat a few weeks ago and the guy reading off the results was speechless and said my results were incredible. Gym settings are pretty positive overall so I didn't think much of it but I plugged all my results into Grok and it told me I am in the top 0.05% in the world and if ranked amongst professional athletes I am in the top 5-10%. It measures visceral fat, which is where diabeetus is at higher risk if you have any fat around your organs and I received the lowest possible score.Reign in Blood wrote: ↑Thu May 15, 2025 4:38 pmThat's the dia-beet-us trying to get you to tap, wraps in like a coquina clutch.
