Land dispute update time!

About two weeks ago we went to our final court date. Judge heard everything and gave us an estimated two weeks for a decision. In that two weeks, our lawyer contacted us and told us Asshole's lawyer wanted to come to an agreement and wanted 70 days to leave the premise. We went to visit our lawyer a week ago to discuss this matter and counter offered with 45 days. After leaving the lawyers office we didn't hear back or receive any papers. . . Until today. The judge signed the writ and forcible detainer that was given to him during the court trial and now Mr. I've been living here free since July 15th only has 7 days to get his shitty trailer and all the junk he brought up there to leave.

Thank God it's finally over.

The trial I'm on is a fucking kidnapping/homicide. Still waiting to be dismissed from it. I'm not supposed to talk about the trial though. (Oops)

True, but there's nothing he can do anymore. The Judge has signed everything. This guy has to leave and clean the property or else he'll be arrested.
