Undercooked eggs gross me out. I'm more likely to drink it out of a glass, Rocky style, then eat undercooked eggs.

My cat is a freak for hard boiled eggs. I start peeling them and he come flying across the house. He gets piece of it from me and runs off like he has stolen treasure. Only to leave it in the middle of the living room. Asshole.

Oldschool Whiskey Sours did have egg whites in them.

I figured out how to cook the whites all the way through, and still have yolky eggs. Medium heat and just put a lid on it. No need to flip or use the hot grease.

I've seen recipes online using an avocado and baking it with the egg in the hole that the seed leaves. Looks delish.
