Not to be that dude but I really hope you all are getting your yearly physicals. Not something you wanna be lax on when you get a little older.

I had never even heard of it until today. I was on youtube and it was recommended to me to watch for free with ads. I have an adblocker so I won't even get ads if I decide to watch it. :P

But I looked up the premise "A divorced factory worker in 1967 Buffalo fights for custody of his children after his ex-wife marries a low-level mobster who enters the witness protection program, battling with government officials who seem to have little sympathy."

And if that wasn't enticing enough, Roger Ebert's main shitting-on-it point was that it's too realistic and true to life than the demands of narrative.

It's free on youtube, but I'll be buying the DVD anyway since 1) it's better to own. 2) Who the hell knows what kind of editing any streaming site does to the movie.

I liked it but won't be adding it to my collection
That righteous 100 dollar set didn't entice you?

It would have to be an extremely nice set for something I absolutely love and adore to pay that, not just a movie that was simply "pretty good" lol
This!

I liked the film but tbh it is probably one I will never watch again. I do like the poster and may hang it on the wall of my media room one day.

if it has been edited on streaming, there should be info on that someplace. when we lose the ability to talk about studios tampering with films, then we'lll know that we're really in trouble. :P

It's easier for me to just buy the movie than to sift through the internet to see whether or not a movie has been edited and what they specifically left out. :P

I overbuy. I'll start off with a VHS of a movie, then a DVD gets released I'll buy it, then a new DVD with commentary and artwork comes out and I'll buy it. Then a DVD box set of the franchise comes out and I'll buy it. Then it gets a bluray release and I buy it, then a steelbook.

I could have probably bought my dream car by now. :P

Realizing John Mayer can play guitar is pretty wild. Didn't think he could ever come close to playing something like Neon, but wow. Nice.
