It's a shame you made a trip to Dallas after I had moved. I would have certainly made time to meet up for a bit. I'm not clear on where in Cali you reside but I have some family out that way. Next time I come out there if you are near by we can meet up if you're up for it. Same if you ever make your way out to VA.

I supposed I'd put the 90s in league with the 40s for the simple fact that artists from the 60s-80s were still releasing fairly good shit into the 90s and the country music was also pretty good in the 90s. Problem for me is 90s is known as the grunge movement and the killing off of 80s metal so I will forever be sour on those weirdos.zombie wrote: ↑Wed Sep 18, 2024 10:38 amdamn, i didn't think your hatred for nirvana ran so deep that you wouldn't even list the decade.Jason wrote: ↑Wed Sep 18, 2024 10:36 amSpeaking of, the best decades for music is as follows:Reign in Blood wrote: ↑Wed Sep 18, 2024 9:55 amBeings Jason loves the Everly Brothers and all kinds of older than dirt shit, that works for him too.zombie wrote: ↑Wed Sep 18, 2024 9:50 amjason has no politics. he's just a special boy with mommy issues, who may or may not have drown in a lake during the 50s.Reign in Blood wrote: ↑Wed Sep 18, 2024 9:45 amPfft, no thanks to you guys always pissing off Jason with your stupid politics.zombie wrote: ↑Wed Sep 18, 2024 9:20 amit would be cool to set something up to celebrate. i don't know what that would look like except maybe a group watch of fvsj or something, if we can manage it. but i don't know. still cool that some of us have stuck together for so long.Reign in Blood wrote: ↑Wed Sep 18, 2024 8:57 am So we are coming up on the 20th Anniversary of HMF. Sounds good. I live about 100 miles east of L.A., away from all the noise in a significantly smaller area but pretty well populated.Lazerus wrote: ↑Wed Sep 18, 2024 10:39 amI definitely remember Dave. I couldn't really get into punk but I listen to a lot of rockabilly type music, typically Johnny Horton since he's sort of the originator of that genre. But he'd be considered country so...

1. The original HMF.com board breaks beyond repair. (this is the worst IMO)
2. Danzig scrap porn incident.
3. The major feuds that have occurred over the years.
4. XJ Bleach Incident.
5. Kenny The Killer
