and i can't wait to see if it ranks on the high end near ginger snaps or on the lower but still cool end like teeth.

I feel like they're fastforwarding the story lol. I did see an 1 hr 54 minute runtime, so I expect this to be even more compressed than the theatrical cut of the Tobe Hooper version lol.

Definitely nothing. I just remember it being low budget, poor production and bad acting. Gotta gather a lot of magic mojo to be better than bad, for me.

The difference is if the low budget/bad acting is fun and at least not half-assed...we're good.
