Re: November 2, 2024
Jig prefers a 1905 series of still pictures of some goofball in a cape over Selma moving her fine ass body around and I think that sucks!
Not removing until John Elway is fired.

Holy shit you really enjoyed the It remake. And is Krampus really that good? Do I need to watch that before making my list?Reign in Blood wrote: ↑Fri Nov 01, 2024 6:02 pm Reign's Righteous Rankings

Not gonna lie, my love of the book and original mini-series gets poured in somewhat to my IT vote. And I dig the fuck out of Krampus, I now watch it every Xmas eve with Black Christmas, it's the fun then the melancholy. Rewatchability played more into my voting this time.
Re: November 2, 2024
I was gonna say, decades of frustration with the love of the original IT miniseries and having that shit ending has got to have some factor in our view of the remake. I'd still take the original over the remake because of the nostalgia and camaraderie baby. But that ending will forever keep it out of my top 25.Reign in Blood wrote: ↑Sat Nov 02, 2024 7:54 pm Not gonna lie, my love of the book and original mini-series gets poured in somewhat to my IT vote. I've never actually seen those, and I never really plan on it. Doesn't look like my type of thing.

Body horror and possession movies, along with some religious horror, just doesn't do it for me, but there are always exceptions.zombie wrote: ↑Sat Nov 02, 2024 8:30 pmi don't have a "thing" when it comes to horror. i'm easy.Jigsaw wrote: ↑Sat Nov 02, 2024 8:28 pmI've never actually seen those, and I never really plan on it. I never knew that one's horror status was ever in question.Reign in Blood wrote: ↑Sat Nov 02, 2024 7:28 pm One fence straddler we don't talk about, that I actually have one copy of in my horror section (and one in action), is From Dusk Till Dawn, what say ye? That movie is amazing and imo more worthy of the talk than some others.
