Yes and no, this was a response to the changes that have been happening that was voted in four years ago, not fear of. A lot has changed over the last four years, we have wide open border with people pouring in, soaring costs and rampant crime, as the key issues. So yes, people are trying to stop that glorious change the democrats propagate.

I was speaking about the reds attack on the term "woke" which has nothing to do with with the border or economy. Just look at the efforts in Oklahoma to force bible teachings in public schools. How is that not the religious rights effort to force their beliefs on others by indoctrinating children? How is that not showing fear of change in terms of tolerance towards others who are different? (LGBTQ, People from other religions and cultures) Yes, a lot of this is out of fear.

Oh you want to talk more locally like bible in school stuff, absolutely, the Jesus nuts still gonna thump. In which this does apply. The Right wants to teach kids about Jesus and religious tenets. Woke Left wants to vilify Jesus and teach kids how to be a tranny. Seems right usage.

It was one example of the fear of change I was speaking of but okay. I don't believe that forcing bible study in public schools is a good thing. It won't prevent people from being gay or trans and it will only cause further divide.

I'm not in favor of any of that shit. And while we're on the topic I will clarify a few things for you and Reign regarding my stances on some political issues.

1. Guns- I am not in favor of banning assault weapons or any other weapon. I do favor commonsense gun laws but banning shit never works. This will only put more money in the hands of cartels and other criminal organizations. (GOP)

2. Religion, I hate religion period and while I have no problem with people believing in whatever they chose to believe in, I do have a problem with people/governments using a religion to control and subjugate others or as a crutch to discriminate against others they disagree with. Religion has no place in government. (Dems)

3. Healthcare- I favor a universal healthcare system but also keeping private insurance as an option for those who want it. (Dems mostly)

4. Immigration- We need to overhaul or immigration system and fix the problems with it. Until that is done the borders should be closed. I favor deportations for anyone living in the U.S. illegally. I have seen first hand while living in Texas the chaos this has caused. (GOP)

5. Abortion- A woman has the right to control what happens with her body... PERIOD. Not the U.S. Government nor any other governments. (Dems)

6. LGBTQ issues - For the record I do not agree with their lifestyle choices. But I also do not agree with the government or anyone subjugating and discriminating against this group of people for being different. (Dems)

7. Woke & Race issues- Most of this crap is created by both sides as fear mongering but there are some issues within our society that we need to work on. I have been in a biracial relationship for nearly a decade and I admit that it has opened my eyes on some things. Regardless of what some people choose to believe there is still racism and hate spread in this country. We all need to work on doing better. (no sides because both suck at this)

8. Foreign affairs- I have been saying for years that the U.S. needs to stop being the world police and instead focus on fixing our issues at home. We have a broken border, economy needs some work, and social issues that obviously need addressing. We need to stay out of foreign wars and focus on strengthen our military due to the losses it suffered in the most recent conflicts. This is one thing Trump has been right about all along. (GOP)

9. Economy- We need to get off the dependency of Big Oil and start transitioning to alterative energy. We need to stop talking about tariffs and negotiate better trade agreements with other nations. We need to stop printing money because that is what has contributed greatly to the inflation problem and we need to fix our broken supply chain system. Putting aside Trumps tariffs talk and tax cuts for the rich, the reds seem to have a better game plan to fix the economy imo. (GOP)

My gf and I always say our home is purple because we are not affiliated with either party.
