Oye, a friend from College is trying to come to me to vent about the "bad" horror movies her BF is making her watch. Bad mistake, because she first shits on Phantasm, then complains about The Fog. She's getting no sympathy from me

what are her good horror films?

She says Sinster is the scariest movie she's ever seen.

This isn't the first I've heard this. Am I missing something with Sinister? I liked it but seemed pretty run-of-the-mill to me.

it is a little bit better than run of the mill. certainly not the scariest i've seen, personally.
