so i let it wash over me and with that, i can go find an audrey hepburn flick to watch and come back into myself.

To this day I've only seen Supernatural through season 11. Every time the new season was released on DVD, I used to rewatch the entire show from the beginning. Once I got to season 6, I decided I would stop watching the show for at least a few years or until the show ended. Once the show got to season 11, I got caught up again. It's crazy how bad the show jumped the shark. 7 & 8 were the worst seasons and I remember liking 9, 10 and 11 ok enough. The first three seasons are some of my favorite TV to this day, and seasons 4 and 5 are very good. But watching the show deteriorate into mediocrity was sad as hell. Then I got to that episode in season 11 where they play that Bob Seger song and it was easily the best episode they'd done since their peak. That episode almost felt like an "in memoriam" tribute to what the show used to be.

season 12-15 could sink to lows that make you re-evaluate the previous bad seasons? i've never had a favorite show that ran that long. i would hope that whatever i liked about it carried all the way to the end, at least on some aspect.

i think i've seen all the really big ones, except for war and peace. but that might be too long and i don't know how big a role she has in it.
