I don't remember much off Tango in the Night. This album is pretty dope! Fleet don't get enough credit, their musical palette is excellent.

From what I understand, Lindsey Buckingham and Christine McVie made that album happen. The entire rest of the band was completely doped out of their minds and the band started to reunite a little bit through solo projects and Lindsey had given up some of the songs he had been saving for another solo album so the band could have something to work with. Half of Tango is basically Lindsey Buckingham, featuring the rest of the band.

I stayed up, but about ten minutes before I could be found nodding off on couch. Watched some of the Ryan Seacrest show. Man, Blake Shelton music is awful. Then neighborhood went bananas with fireworks. I thought woods were going to be roasted.

2024 was a great year for horror but absolute shit for everything else

I was gonna see Heretic. Nearly every theater viewing I went to throughout most of 2024 had a big beefy trailer hyping the movie. It came out and was only in the theater for like 2 weeks before the blockbuster stuff I don't care for took up all the screens. So I missed Heretic.

Somebody please see Smile 2. I hated nearly every single thing about that movie but it somehow got decent scores. Nobody is likable and the jump scares are among the worst of all time. I hated this movie.

Romulus was a decent side plot to the series, but wasn't really anything we haven't already seen(outside of a ton of facehuggers running around). Heretic was interesting, with Hugh Grant really carrying the film, but the big reveal is kinda meh. Have to say I like this era of Hugh now that he's beyond just being the rom com guy.
