I am pretty sure I could never fully commit to a diet without some of my favorite lil snacky snacks, but I can tell you right now the best I ever felt in my entire life is when I stuck to a strict diet of steak/chicken/rice sporadically on workout days, just one meal for the whole day, and then on the weekend eat whatever I wanted.

I go to the gym, last few days it's completely fucked and I can't even find parking. Wondering what the fuck is going on and I realize as I'm trying to park (every year) that a shit load of people are doing the New Year Resolution thing.
