It will get heated. Can't take it, don't open the forum.

I don't support the anti-capitalist. Just so that's clear.

Stop labeling ourselves?
I'd argue that labels can be quite useful if used correctly.

If you think otherwise, I look forward to watching the Police Academy movies in October, since 'horror' can't be used as a label anymore. :P
If I labeled myself as a horror fan, you'd have no idea I may also enjoy comedies.

I wouldn't say so.

It's not about who supports what - it's about using labels accurately across the board.

If somone thinks of Democrats when the term "far left" is used, and someone else thinks of "third-party voting anti-capitalists," then without clearing up what the terms mean, we can never have a discussion.

I could have the idea, though, because I'm not a binary thinker. :P

This reads like the gender debate and then people ask how many genders there are and nobody who claims there are more than two ever has an answer. :P

I could care less about you and Jason's debate over labels.

I was simply making a statement that I don't support the Anti-Capitalist.

I don't really understand the push-back - I'm not the one who first used the term 'far left.' All I'm doing is that if people use that term willy-nilly without an actual definition behind it, it doesn't do any good whatsoever.

As long as you support the free speech which allows anti-capitalists to argue their points, then we're okay. :P :thumb:

It's all about buzzwords and using them to rile people up, not about reason. Words like nazi, terrorist, communist, etc. are all used to mean "someone I don't like".
