NBA 2024-2025

All sports. We don't even mind if its women's Curling or junior badminton. Although we won't have strong opinions on the latter.

I jinxed the Nuggets by turning the game on. Kept track of the score the whole game for the most part. Turned it on with 10 minutes left in the 4th and Nuggets have played like dog shit ever since. Of course that happened. It's just of course.

Close game all day. Outscored 30-13 the second I turned the game on. They were up by fucking 9.

MPJ was so bad tonight. Big mistake to close with him.

I can tell you right now I'm fucking done with the roller coaster emotions of fucking sports. It's not worth it. Come playoff time It's like your beloved fucking dog dying every time they lose a game. Well this is it. I'm officially quitting this fucking shit. I'm done with sports altogether.

At least until game 6.

I just shut it off after the Nuggets can't buy a foul. 3 mins left in the 2nd. I turned it on and watched them get outscored 35-15. Best to just leave the shit off and check scores periodically while I do other shit.

They never got back in a rhythm after Westbrook decided it had to be his game. Defense has been mostly bad too.

I don’t know how you can turn your team’s games off, I would get even more stressed.

Superstition. If my team starts out well and I didn't have the game on yet, I almost have to force myself to believe that me watching the game won't affect the outcome. Often times in my life when I miss part of a game where my team is doing well, they begin to implode the moment I turn the game on. Happens frequently. Happened in game 5 when they basically led the entire fucking game and the moment I turn it on they get outscored 30-13 and lose.

Then tonight. I almost feel like it's my duty to miss this shit. :P

So I watched them go on an 18-17 run and bounced for a bit. They then went on a 10-4 run. Now they're up 8 going into the 4th. I'm happy I got to see a run on the plus side. :P

That missed dunk. Lmao.

And if a Nuggets bench player scores 10 points it's over baby.

Now I can play the Resident Evil 4 remake on the PS4 with elation instead of devastation.

By all accounts SGA is going to win MVP but that award is always announced early in the second round and there is still no announcement. Very strange. Give it to him right before Game 7 in front of Jokic and let’s see what happens.

I'd be shocked if they announced it before game 7. They're gonna wait until the series ends for sure.

Well, if Gordon ends up being scratched from the lineup than that's a wrap for my Nuggies. :(
