Yes, but Operation Dumbo Drop with the late, great Ray Liotta is a close second for unadulterated elephant snoutness.
Just say the word, El El Sucio, ohhhh!

Back from errands, clicked on Snow White. Alli doesn't want to watch Dumbo because it'll make her sad (her mom's still recent passing) so I'll watch that on a work night she's not here.

Okay its her singing voice that is like razors to my ears, not her talking voice.
Re: June 1st 2025
i like that they tried to make the magic feel chemistry based in snow white. and the hint of body horror element.

Re: June 1st 2025
Well, apparently according to disney.com's online quiz, "what disney character are you?", I got Maleficent. I'm not sure if sidekick charaqcters were on the table, I figured I'd have fit best as one of them, didn't expect a villain.
"You're Maleficent!
Smart, crafty, and powerful, we wouldn't want to forget your party invite in the mail!
"
*shrug* I do appreciate the invites

Got the Moana themed body wash from Bath & Body Works because I REALLY loved the scent. So I guess I gotta at least watch the movie now.
Shame that Belle & Jasmine's scents were bad. Especially Jasmine, it was like a musky hobo armpit - BBW really did her dirty.

The ariel scent was good to, so I also grabbed that one.
Re: June 1st 2025
Back when I used to watch football at the bar on Sundays me and a buddy walked across the parking lot to the gas station during halftime and we saw this old lady in this crazy giddup. She looked identical to Yzma from Emperor's New Groove. I noticed her first and I turned around and my buddy had just seen her and I said "Pull the lever, Kronk" and he about pissed himself in the gas station.

Kronk was the best character in Emperor's New Groove lol.
Re: June 1st 2025
It's like not even close. That movie got me through a rough break up when I was 18. My ex showed me that movie for the first time and ended up leaving the DVD at my house after the breakup. I had it for a few months before she finally got her stuff back. Watched it most nights. So far this isn't shabby. I keep waiting for a side character to come kill it like Frozen.

I always thought the more happy-sounding verse riff in Crazy Train seemed like a nod to Dumbo's train music.

Ewwww, those cgi animated whales do not mesh well. No wonder I was so meh with Fantasia 2000 back in, well, 2000.

Fuck, Rhapsody in Blue's narrative of the work life killing your creative spirit really hits harder as I'm older. Damn.

Re: June 1st 2025
Rhapsody in Blue and Firebird Suite are the only good bits from Fantasia 2000. I don't count squeezing Sorcerer's Apprentice in there because they're just reusing that. The Donald/Noah's Ark one was kinda fun, but far too brief. Sadly this sits in the bottom section, but isn't bad by any actual means.
In fact, out of what I've seen, Home On The Range has only been the single truly bad one, though I remember Chicken Little being pretty annoying.
