Things that are impossibly overrated

I enjoy bacon, but people pretending it's some Godly gift from the sky is getting old. Sausage is better, anyway.

Mine is similar. I probably do love bacon as much as the general population, but the trend of people putting bacon on everything and pretending it works is annoying. Bacon has taken on a Chuck Norris-esque reputation.

I dig bacon. But people are putting it with chocolate and shit like that. One trend that I think is so gross, is bacon flavored food like potato chips. It smells like bacon treats for dogs. Fucking nasty.

Nutella is disgusting to me. As is all seafood.

Bacon is overused but I wouldn't say it's necessarily overrated. Good bacon used creatively isn't always a bad thing, but bad or mediocre bacon used creatively usually is.


Also most meats don't jive well for me. (I can eat chicken if all of the gross non-muscle bits are cut out of it, and turkey breast as long as it's from the outer edge, the rest of it just grosses me out.)

These Extended Universes we've got. I'm unconvinced it'll ever be more than a cameo-creating gimmick with crossover potential. I think there is too much need for characters to shoehorn into films to be good.

I got a buddy now who recently got a boat and is all in to fishing and shit. He's telling me about all these different types that are great, and as good as steak and shit, so I'll give em a go perhaps. But I don't give a fuck about your typical ones, like Slaughter said of tilapia, grouper, salmon etc. Meh.
