Do you think there will ever be a remake of Sleepaway Camp? I am actually surprised one has not been done yet.zombie wrote:cause the section deserves some activity.
Re: Camp Arawak
i don't think there ever will be. but i'd be open to it, if the right writer/director was involved.
Re: Camp Arawak
I wonder how they would do the end scene? If I remember wasn't it pretty controversial?zombie wrote:i don't think there ever will be. but i'd be open to it, if the right writer/director was involved.

i don;t know if there was controversy about it, but it was pretty shocking and memorable.

I am correct in saying that Sleepaway Camp is your favorite horror film, or at least in your top two or so right?zombie wrote:i don;t know if there was controversy about it, but it was pretty shocking and memorable.
Re: Camp Arawak
it's in the top five or so. my first and second favorites are nightmare on elm street and the evil dead.horrorfan wrote:I am correct in saying that Sleepaway Camp is your favorite horror film, or at least in your top two or so right?zombie wrote:i don;t know if there was controversy about it, but it was pretty shocking and memorable.

Re: Camp Arawak
Out of interest, is there anyone who likes the first movie more than the second?
The first three are all solid, but I've consistently enjoyed the second over the first, despite the second and third really being more goofy body-count films as opposed to a played-straight slasher like the first.

2, 1, 3, then I'm assuming 4 (haven't seen it), tbh.
Close, though.

Re: Camp Arawak
also, 4 is terrible. yuck.
Re: Camp Arawak
4 wasn't bad, really. Unique kills, solid ending. The humor will hit or miss with everyone. It hit with me. :p
