Since I have been obsessed with sharks from birth Shark Week used to be my favorite week of the year when the programming was informative and educational now its Ronda Rousey vs. Mega Jaws type nonsense. No thanks

Naked and Afraid of Sharks is the most absurd of the week's lineup of new episodes. They're not even pretending anymore to be educational. The Shaq episode was entertaining though.

The Shaq and Ronda ones were pretty lame. Nothing but "let's prep celebs to dive with sharks" and that's basically it. I sat through them, but felt they were a waste. Even worse was that Shark After Dark. The host and "Bob The Shark" were so terrible I shut it off.

The look on Shaq's face was pretty good though, anytime he detected he was getting bullshitted by the guy Kevin Hart sent in.

Sadly, it had little to do with sharks, but Shaq always cracks me up. Shame they couldn't get Charles Barkley in on it.
