Current Pro Wrestling Discussion

All sports. We don't even mind if its women's Curling or junior badminton. Although we won't have strong opinions on the latter.

Bummer story.
Grandmaster Sexay missed my window, but still feel bad for the King.

Reading up on him, apparently he's been a drug runner as of late.

"He fell and hit his head", says coroner... I think Scarface got mad.

As of late? I know he's had past struggles, and he's losing marbles as of late as evidenced on Total Divas, but hadn't read that.

He was arrested like 5 or 6 years ago apparently. Didn't hear what came of him after the arrest. But that wasn't so long ago.

Bruce Prichard has told lots of stories about how the Anvil always ended up back in WWF. Basically, Stu would call the office and ask for the favor. "So, you got anything for the Rhino?". Kinda liked that he was called the Rhino.

If that's from tonight's RAW, I got it DVR'd. I pretty much just fast forward to the Alexa Bliss stuff, because most of the rest of wrestling is pretty insufferable.

Ronald Rousey beating Alexa Bliss to win the title is like the worst outcome ever.

So much for having to earn it. This was like her 3rd match ever and they already have Alexa put her over. Shame.

To be fair, it is kinda tough to have much of a chase for the title when each brand has 3-4 contenders. Alexa is eye candy, not a credible wrestler, how long can she hold the belt and make the others look credible?

I get it. My statement was more an indictment on the roster and how it is split.

Charlotte, Asuka, Nia Jax, and maybe Ember Moon are the only credible champs on the roster. If they are gonna have Rhonda beat on HHH, they can't really have her feuding with Bayley.

She became a symbol of female empowerment by beating up other women in MMA and her off the wall remarks saying she could definitely beat the then UFC male heavyweight champion under the right circumstances.

She is a pretty terrible person. When she walks out to the WWE crowd and stops and stares humbly at the ground, it is the fakest thing I've ever seen.
