Nah, race is definitely involved. I'm saying you have to come from wealth to benefit from it. Being poor and white, you get none of the benefit, but all the guilt for bullshit racist reasons.

For example, I do not consider my skin color being in favor of the racist cops in Iowa a privilege. That's just racism plain and simple

Of course there's racism but I do not believe in some universal benefit just based on race alone.

Sidenote: thought I'm told there's not enough native american in me to get those government benefits, I still plan on doing one of those DNA tests to see exactly what my ingredients are, just so I can kill my curiosity.

Plus since I've supposedly got Scottish, would be cool to look up what clan I could be from.

I think I was a victim of racism back in the spring.

There is a food truck group that has been around a couple of years. I had expressed some interest in knowing the benefits of joining and what would be required of me. After showing some interest on three different occasions to leaders of the group, I was kind of surprised at the cold shoulder as in the local food truck game, we are a pretty clear top dog. So I flat out asked to come to a meeting, and was instead invited to a conference call.

After a lot of bullshit during the call, it was pretty clear I was not welcome into the group. I didn't think much of it, until discussing it with a couple other people. Basically, if you are not a skin color minority, you better be a single mom or lesbian. It was later confirmed by the questions I received compared to new members they added to the group.

he's articulate and pleasant. it's his way of putting you at ease and taking you offguard, when he talks down to you and smugly judges you and tries to tell you that you're wrong in whatever belief or lifestyle or orientation you happen to have.

also we don't know how edited and controlled the segments are, as well.
