Sure. From what I understand, a big issue with fentanyl is people not knowing they're taking it and it being mixed into other hard drugs. This is another issue with the trade being run by criminals that wouldn't be an issue if legalized.

Could be helpful to eliminate the market of compounding the stuff with coke or heroin without the buyer's knowledge though. I see that as a positive step.
