Starting incorporating isometrics into my workout, so I'm sore, but otherwise things are fine. And no challenge for me. The last one I did was the last one I plan on doing. I don't have the time for it these days. Plus, there's just not that many new films I'm interested in. Most are ghost garbage or full of jump scares and/or shit cgi, so it's not my scene anymore. Maybe things will get better next decade.

How goes family life? Don't take this the wrong way, but I still find it hard to believe that you're a dad. It's the same with my best friend. Just can't wrap my head around it.

It's not like women don't appreciate respect and kindness. They do. You still have to carry yourself with confidence and be assertive if you want them to be into you. Goodness, people.
That was me in high school. Still try to be nice unless you give me a reason not to be(key word is "try", since I'm an asshole by default), but at least I know that shit don't work on its own.

I know most people won't get it, but the less I know about what's going on in the world, the happier I am. I've got enough shit to deal with in the small circle that is my life that I don't need other people's drama and bullshit to get in the way. I only have so many fucks to give.

Nothing so fancy. Just holding a weight in an uncomfortable position for an extended period of time. Loads of fun, let me tell you...

That's the thing with the internet with me, if not for it I would be oblivious to tons of this shit as I've never watched the news or read the paper or some shit, and would probably be happier being none the wiser.

I'm on the internet all day. But everything I'm watching/reading is about shit I like, games, movies, music, books, etc. I don't have the time or patience to read about what someone did that upset someone else, what opinion some dumbass has on the news, or why some part of the government sucks. Just a bunch of cunts whining about shit on social media like their opinion matters, so I ignore it. Honestly, it's better for me and it fucks with them, cause they aren't anything without the attention.

Using the movement as a political tool might of died hopefully. The actual movement is fine I expect.
What good is any movement if it’s not political? That seems a weird phrase.

Either way, Mitch McConnell has now put 2 justices for life against the will of the majority of American wishes and has yet to get any consequences, so he’s doing something right.

I go through phases of working out 6 days per week for months and then doing absolutely no exercise for months.

I do when I'm not on asinine stretches of working/doing shit 12+ hours a day and thus only want to come home, eat dinner and go to sleep, rinse repeat. So mines never on the regular.

I have similar work hours, with a 1.5 hour commute to work and back with the only desire of coming home and going to sleep because that's all I have time to do. For two months we had an ass backwards schedule of starting at 11PM one day, and 7AM the next day. Sucks not knowing what time you work until 7PM every night. I have to call every night to get my work schedule. BUT, I still hit the gym for at least an hour, four times a week. It is the only thing keeping my sanity.

I also don't go missing from HMF for 6 months and post updates on my death bed. 8-) :!: :!: :!: 8-) learn frum me

Isometrics sounds very scientific. Is it working well for you? Still perennially thin no matter the consumption?

Family is great. Both the kids are a lot of fun, it’s a good age gap so they tend, generally, to be on the same page and get along. Few fights but that’s siblings. And hey, I can’t believe it myself sometimes, that I’m an actual dad and full-fledged”adult” as itvwere. Feels wrong. :P
